By accessing or using Forexnares (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old. Prop firm plans require you to be legally allowed to trade with prop firms in your jurisdiction.
API keys are for your personal use. Do not share them. We may rate‑limit or suspend access if we detect abuse.
Forex and CFD trading carries substantial risk. Our tools help manage risk but do not guarantee profits or prevent losses. You trade at your own risk.
All software, scripts, designs, and content are owned by Forexnares. You are granted a non‑exclusive, revocable license to use them while subscribed.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to tools and bots ends.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forexnares is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you via email.
